Who is building in the forest? Who takes care of plants and animals? For a moment, be still, pause, listen, and look closely. Look! Over there in the distance, a beaver builds a dam, blocks the water, constructs a lodge, and shapes the environment in a way that supports all its inhabitants.

As a reward for all its hard work, it receives a gift from its friends—carefree holidays for one week. On vacation, the beaver is pampered from all sides, but it is not used to this, so it quickly leaves and hurries back home. However, when it returns, nothing is the same anymore, because without the beaver, things are not easy for anyone.
