Have you ever wondered why, in a world of constant connectivity, we are becoming increasingly lonely? How can we move from virtual alienation back into a space of authentic relationships, solidarity, and community?

The Izola Centre for Culture, Sports and Events invites you to an inspiring lecture “From Personal Alienation to Collective Solidarity,” taking place on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Izola Cultural Hall.

The evening will feature Dr. Aleksander Zadel, a clinical psychologist and one of Slovenia’s most recognizable lecturers, known for his energetic presentations, clear explanations, and ability to bring complex psychological topics closer to everyday life. Through his insights, he will encourage us to reflect on relationships, community, and our role in modern society.

A special value of the evening: all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to socially disadvantaged children from Izola under the auspices of the Friends of Youth Association.
